All twelve postures represent the technique of kicking
with toes and heels into different parts of the body. Golden
Rooster Stands on One Leg and Rise Lamp Toward heaven
are used to attack the upper part of the body with the knee
and foot. The next seven postures may be performed in this
section as an option. Note that performing all twelve postures
at one go as a single form may be useful against sustained ag-
gression.
